The London Human Rights Meeting on Ethiopia, Iraq and the Sudan

A Human Rights Meeting on Ethiopia, Iraq and the Sudan Was held on 16 April 2018 in the London House of Commons, Portcullis House, Thatcher’s Room. The meeting was sponsored by MP Liz Twist, Chair of APPG on TWS and by MP Kevin Hollinrake. Thatcher’s room was packed By Ethiopians, Iraqis, Sudanese and by Community Leaders from Pakistan, Kashmir and other Human Rights Defenders.

The meeting was Chaired by CBE Alderman Mushtaq Lasharie, Chair of TWS and the Main Speakers of the meeting were:

* Mr Kefale Alemu on the purpose of the meeting * Mr Faisal Abdullah on the Human Rights Situations in Iraq

* Journalist Saundra Satterlee on Human Rights in Ethiopia

* Mr Ali Nour on Human Rights Situations in the Sudan

The discussions were impressive and all participants showed sympathy for the People of Ethiopia, Iraq and Sudan! The participants of the Meeting also called the International Community to unite against the serious Human Right abuses not only in Iraq, Ethiopia or in Sudan but also in other Dictator led Countries.
